We absolutely love Lydia! She provided me with lactation support for both of my boys. I breastfed my oldest for 3 years and still breastfeeding my youngest (1 year). All my life I’ve been use to people doing things because they want something in return, until I met Lydia Boyd . I had my first son at 21 years old and I was scared and didn’t have any experience. I was sent to WIC because I was considered low income and that’s where I met Lydia. Talk about a phenomenal woman . Like no other Lydia was so humble, wise, nurturing and loving. I had no knowledge at all about breastfeeding except people said it was weird, perverted, and messed up your body but Lydia open my eyes - she guided me and gave me so much knowledge. I breastfed the first boy Zyyaire with Lydia, my second son still needed Lydia. It has gotten better and better with time. I now have four boys healthy and beautiful and breastfeeding has helped their skin, hair, and their immune system . My kids hardly ever get sick and I breastfed each of them for a year and some change. Lydia also never judge us but always told us what we needed to hear even when we didn’t want to hear it. She has help my family tremendously. She interacts with the father of my children and got him involved with breastfeeding and also my mom who was totally against it. I can go on and on about Lydia Boyd but just know it’s an experience you’ll never forget and she will be there the whole way .We love you Lydia all four babies later .

Where do I start...
I can't say enough about Lydia Boyd the lactation " Master". I used live in the Southern California area and before I was pregnant I would tell Lydia, that I would never breastfeed and there was nothing she could do to make me. Fast forward 10 years later. After having the hardest time getting pregnant and experiencing 7 fibroid tumors and IVF, all I wanted to do was breastfeed. Breastfeeding didn't come as naturally as I wanted it to and I had issues, but the 1st person I called was Lydia. Living in another state now, I wasn't sure how much she could help me. She walked me through the breastfeeding basics and all her tricks over the phone. It was the absolute best help I received, I can only imagine how helpful she would be face-to-face. Lydia knows what she's doing and does it with the type of grace that makes you feel cared for and loved like a family member. And being a new Mom, I needed that love and understanding. I would recommend Lydia to all new Mom's across the world. She doesn't have to be in your backyard to receive her help, she can help you form miles away. She will always be apart of our family. Lydia is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about breastfeeding. She gives breastfeeding moms and dads loving support, which is much needed. Especially for black families considering they are traditionally not given the level of support they need. She is truly the best!
