Lydia partners with Health Networks to offer families the ability to use their insurance to cover lactation services. Eligible families will receive a minimum of 6 visits. To confirm eligibility click the appropriate button below.

If you have already qualified for coverage through either Health Network with a different provider, you do not need to resubmit your form! Please let us know, and we will email the Health Network directly to request the change in provider.

  Ms. Lydia does NOT accept any health plans under Medi-Cal or Medicaid, including LA Care.

  If you are located in Los Angeles and currently have a Medi-Cal plan, consider scheduling an appointment at the MLKCH Community Lactation Clinic. In-clinic and telehealth visits can be scheduled.
