Tummytime

The Academy of Pediatrics recommends starting TummyTime soon after bringing your baby home. I, normally, ask my parents to start TummyTime when I see a need for strengthening in baby.

This video details how I would like to you to put your baby into TummyTime and how to take them out of TummyTime. This needs to happen on a hard surface; tabletop or on the floor. Let’s start with 3 sets, 3-5 times per day. The baby will determine how long the sets are. Once they protest, its time to take them out of TummyTime.
