Returning To Work/School While Breastfeeding
How do you return to work or school while breastfeeding? You start by planning. In this special session, we will discuss our plans to pump, supplement, or do a combination of both. We will learn how to create an optimal pumping schedule, techniques to get the most from our pumping sessions, how to store and handle our milk, and how to not stress out about what we see in our freezer.
